Notice is hereby given that, weather permitting, the Commercial Review Board (CRB) of the Village of Bald Head Island will hold a special meeting on Tuesday September 8, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m. The purpose of the meeting is to conduct an approximately two (2) hour walking/site tour of Bald Head Island’s PD-2C and PD-3C zoning districts. The meeting/tour will begin at the Public Safety Building located at 273 Edward Teach Extension, Bald Head Island, NC 28461.
Members of the public are welcome to join the CRB during the tour but will be responsible for their own transportation between areas of the Island. Please note that some areas of the tour, including natural environments, may not be physically accessible to all persons. The CRB will not consider any decisions or take any action during this tour. No time will be provided for public comment.
