Meeting Schedule
Meetings that are conducted outside of the meeting schedule will be noticed to the public at least 48 hours prior to the meeting time unless it is an emergency meeting. For more information, go to the Public Notices page.
The Village Council typically meets at 10:00 a.m. on the third Friday of each month. The Council conducts its meetings at the Department of Public Safety Building in the Multipurpose Room (located at 
273 Edward Teach Extension).

The Village Council conducts a public comment period during each regular meeting. The Village Council has adopted some guidelines for the public comment period. If you wish to speak during a public comment period, you may wish to familiarize yourself with these guidelines. Please note, those who wish to listen in via Zoom will not be able to speak during the meeting, including during the public comment period and during public hearings. Comments shall be sent to the Village Clerk at village.clerk@villagebhi.org by close of business the day before the meeting/hearing.
