The Commercial Area Planning Task Force met on Friday, March 31, 2023. During this meeting, they reviewed a draft set of Commercial Design Guidelines. They want the public’s input on this draft set of guidelines. The draft document can be viewed HERE. You may also listen to the discussion HERE (Passcode: 2L7kr$QC).
Please note that the task force is still working on a few elements of the guidelines to include who will be reviewing applications. There may also be overlay areas that will impact where some guidelines apply. For example, an industrial section of a commercial district may not be required to have a particular roof style.
