The Village of Bald Head Island is committed to treating all persons with dignity, respect, and fairness, and ensuring that its actions comply with local, state, and federal laws. In this regard, the Village supports and complies with the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and will not discriminate against qualified individuals on the basis of disability in Village services, programs, or activities.

If you need assistance in participating in a Village of Bald Head Island meeting, public hearings, or event due to a disability as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act, please contact the Village’s ADA Coordinator (contact information below) at least three (3) business days prior to the scheduled meeting or event to request an accommodation.  Every reasonable effort will be made to meet your request.
