Bald Head Island Department of Public Safety is developing a three-year strategic plan to help guide the department’s priorities and future direction. As part of that process, we are seeking input from residents and property owners to better understand the community’s expectations, concerns, and priorities related to public safety services on the island. This feedback will help ensure the final plan reflects not only the operational needs of the department, but also the needs of the community we serve.
Community input will be considered alongside feedback from Public Safety personnel, Village leadership, and other stakeholders as they identify priorities and establish goals for the years ahead.
