Department Info
The Finance Department provides financial information and guidance to the Village Council Members and establishes and maintains an accounting and reporting system in accordance with North Carolina General Statutes, federal laws and regulations, and generally accepted accounting principles. We believe in good governance, and sound fiscal management to support the public needs and expectations of our community. We are responsible for budget reporting, grants management, investments and debt, cash collections, and accounts payable.
The Village provides numerous services to its residents and guests. These include kayak rental spaces at the creek access point, park rentals for events, utility services, and trash pickups.
